How to Make Your Halloween Wreath:
1. Print out the template on white cardstock that fits your printer.

2. Color the parts, but leave the grey glitter areas blank — those are for your glitter paper. Don’t color the pieces marked “glitter stencil” or the half-ring stencil for the wreath base. You’ll use those later to trace and cut.

3. Cut out all the pieces from the template.

4. Trace the glitter stencils onto the backside of your glitter paper and cut out the shapes. It doesn’t matter if the stencil is facing up or down — it will fit either way.

5. Match each glitter shape to its space (marked with a grey glitter pattern) and glue it down.
Tip: place each shape to check they fit before gluing.

6. Take the half-ring stencil and place it near the edge of the carton (or big cereal box). Trace around it, then use the same stencil to draw the other half of the ring. Cut out the ring – this will be the base of your wreath.

7. Cover the wreath ring with colored paper:
- Glue colored paper onto your cardboard ring to cover it. If one sheet isn’t big enough, glue two pieces together. Make sure there is some space between the ring and the edge of the paper (about 2 cm).
- Cut the colored paper around your cardboard circle, leaving about ½ inch (1.5 cm) margin.
- Snip little slits in the margin, fold them over the back of the cardboard, and glue them down to wrap it.

8. Now it’s time to stick the leaves and characters onto your wreath, using glue for some items and double-sided foam tape for others. Follow these steps:
- Glue the bats onto the “Happy Halloween” sign using small pieces of double-sided foam tape.

- Decide how to arrange the leaves, the witch and the vampire on the wreath. Play around with different looks before you start gluing.
- When you find the arrangement you like – start gluing the pieces. Use double-sided foam tape to glue some pieces, for a bit of a pop out effect. The vampire and the witch would look great popping out, together with one or two leaves.

9. Hang the “Happy Halloween” sign under the wreath using sparkly pipe cleaners and tape. Tape the pipe cleaners to the back of the wreath, and bend the tips so they don’t slide out. Use strong tape so it holds well.

10. Tape a piece of string to the back top of the wreath for hanging. Tie little loops at the ends first — this helps the tape hold better.

Hang up your wreath and enjoy your sparkly Halloween decoration! 🎃✨
