I tried to think of a quick Easter craft for kids that also makes a cute table decoration, and came up with these: printable paper bunnies that stand on their own!
These little 3D paper bunnies are very easy to make, and they turn into adorable DIY Easter table decorations.
Each bunny is made from one single piece. Just cut, fold, glue a few tabs, and the bunny pops into shape. It’s a very easy last minute Easter craft, and the finished bunnies look so cute lined up on a table or shelf.
The template includes Easter bunnies in two sizes: a small bunny and a larger bunny. The larger bunny is easier for little hands to assemble, so it fits as a quick Easter craft for kids. The small bunny is extra cute, in my opinion (and still very easy to make).
You can print the printable paper bunny template directly on colored paper to make a whole group of bunnies in different colors. They multiply quickly — just like real bunnies! 😄

How to Make the 3D Paper Bunnies
You can print the Easter bunny template as many times as you like to make lots of bunnies for your Easter table decoration. The bunny template is free for personal, non-commercial use. Below are instructions for cutting and assembling the craft.
What you’ll need:
-
Printable paper bunny template (← download the PDF)
-
Paper that fits your printer (colored, white, or patterned)
-
Scissors
-
Glue
-
Optional: coloring tools if you want to decorate your bunny.

Steps to make the paper bunny:
1. Print the printable Easter bunny template on paper of your choice.
You can also decorate the bunny before folding it.

2. Cut along the solid lines. Try to leave the solid lines outside the bunny so the edges stay clean. Carefully cut out the space between the bunny’s legs.

3. Fold the bunny along the dashed lines so it starts to form its standing shape. The dashed lines should stay outside the folds.

4. Spread glue on the tabs (where is says ‘glue’) and on the inside of the tail. Stick the opposite sides of the bunny to each other.

5. Fold the ears slightly outward.

Your paper bunny is ready for Easter! Did you make a whole bunny family?

A Quick Easter Craft That Turns Into Table Decor
This simple Easter craft for kids is perfect when you need something quick and easy to make.
Because the bunny template prints in seconds and doesn’t require complex steps or specials materials, it works well as a last minute Easter craft. Kids can make several bunnies in a short time and arrange them around the table as handmade table decorations.
Printing the template on different colors of paper makes the display even more cheerful. A mix of the small and large paper bunnies looks especially cute together.
You can even turn it into a little family crafting session. Print several copies of the printable bunny template, sit down together, and watch the table fill with cute paper bunnies.
